The Compensation Plan
MonaVie uses MLM or network marketing, and is sold by its Independent Distributors who has to purchase about $130 worth of the product from the company every month. It follows the binary system of compensation which means that new recruits will be positioned in two lines, either to the right or left of the sponsors. A marketer has also got the option of having multiple business centers. Commission is calculated based on the performance of the shorter leg. Payment is based on PV or the point values each earns. When the group grows, the marketer becomes entitled to commissions on not just what he sells but also on what his groupmembers sell. Besides that there are bonuses like bulk order bonus, first order bonus for getting new recruits, star maker bonus when one of his recruits gets the star rank, and team commissions.

All in all, there are a lot of juices in the MonaVie product line and, generally, they seem to have a lot of health benefits and if you plan to start as a distributor, keep in mind, that simply signing up with MonaVie absolutely doesn't automatically guarantee success. Unless you can brand yourself and generate leads, you will be dead in the water and probably end up with a garage full of product with not much to show for it. My advice is to use a marketing system that can accomplish these two things at the same time similar to Magnetic Sponsoring.
