The apartments here are very well layed out. They are tiled with update light fixtures. Landscaping is beautiful. Well worth the price! maintenance is polite and quick to respond to your needs.

Years at this apartment: 2000 2009 Love lining here. Many green areas especially great to walk by pet. The community is very pet freindly and even have pet waste stations located throughout. I sometimes walk my pet with other people who have pets and enjoy that time. Like everywhere there are people who sometimes dont like the estblished pet rules that are in most part beneficial to the pets and other residents who enjoy living at Nob Hill. Feeding of stray pets in hallways is not permitted and I TOTALLY AGREE! This is unsanitary and will attracts bugs! Noone likes that. Everyone works really hard to keep all the hallways and building areas clean. This makes it a very nice to live.
Also having 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis court, bbq area, playground, car wash area, exercise room and large tiled apartments it is very well worth its money!

Years at this apartment: 2009 2009 The gronds are gorgeous! Lots of trees, palms, flowers, and very well maintained! Maintenance comes right away when needed and very polite and friendly.
The apartments have tile all over which is really good, clean and cool.
