lots, unanswered and ignored maintenance requests and oh did I mention Roaches!!!
All this and more make this place live up to it's real name " Hell Hole!!!"

I've been living at Center Court for three years and I don't even know how I survived this long. Lets seeWhere Should I start
First, when you go through the security gates, the guards let anyone in. Sometimes they don't even ask any questions. Just raise the bar up to let you in.
Secondly, the roads are very horrible. As your driving to get to your complex, you feel like your driving in a third world country. Bumpy road is an over statement.
Thirdly, the elevators are a joke. There's two but they leave only one working. Keep in mind, my building has 8 floors. So imagine how long you have to wait and I'm on the top floor. The elevators are very small. So if you have huge funitures, forget about it. It will not fit.
Fourthly, mainteance. You can call a million times and no comes to your apartment. My A.C was out all summer. I made dozens of calls and no one came. Finally they show up in Oct. Like I really needed A.C then.
Fifth, garbage is everywhere. People leave their garbage even in the laundry room. And they wonder why roaches are everywhere. And this leads to my last statement
Lastly, THE ROACHES!!!!!! OMG, the RATS!!!! Yes there's rats here too. I don't know how much I can stress on this. No matter how many times I bombed my apartment, they keep coming back. I go through a can of roach spray(raid) in a week. Now tell me that's not ridicolous. I bought mouse traps and glues. I caught a couple but there is always at least one ransacking my kitchen.
DO NOTI REPEAT.DO NOT RENT AT CENTER COURTYOU WILL REGRET ITI am so glad I am not renewing my least. I can't wait till March comes. I am so done with CENTER COURT

Years at this apartment: 2007 2008 Well, inside the apartments were very pretty. It was a beauty! But the only thing I was worried about was the safety in the neighborhood. I used to leave home early and return late, So it was pretty scary. Specially when there was a murder in the area, SO VERY UNFAFE. And also they are thieves! very poor management because they stole our deposit money after we report what we found broken in the appartment. It was pretty inside but outside was not safe.
