Horrible Management

South Comm told me to come here and what a great place to live but the manager she needs to learn how to talk to people . I walked in one day and she was screaming in the office how unprofessional. All the leasing staff is so nice and sexy. The manager must have gotten her customer service skills from a cracker jack box. The tall lady is so sweet and so pretty. Graciella is very helpful. My officer from the military said to see her because she is very professional.
Years at this apartment: 2006 2007 If you don't care about a loud neighbors,
seen police cars in the parking lot, people that do not speak english in the security gate, cars break-ins, or if you are tired of good management professionalism or been ripoff when you are moving in or out.

Liz at the office is one of the worse in the business
Years at this apartment: 2006 2006 The buildings are nice and well kept, same for the grounds and the drives and parking area. The manager and her staff are of a level of sevice and quality that totally and completely negates ANY positives of this property. Three and a half weeks to get a second parking space (sitting in the office daily, waiting to get an audience with the manager), over three months to get a copy of the lease (and then, only after prodding and making a pest of myself over it). And now, it's over 8 weeks and after having signed off and "like new condition" by the same manager, we are still waiting for our security deposit back. To say the very least, it was "renting hell".
