Works for me! I've been using this product for five years. I know exactly what the problem is that all the "one star" reviewers have. This product is NOT designed to fit over a faucet. It is designed to fit over a shower head. That does not fit into a faucet and taps are usually not round as the products of this connector is. Mine fits perfectly into the round of shower head. The blue border you see in the picture is actually a clamp that holds it. Within this clip is a rubber seal with a hose and back to create a seal that does not leak. The hose hangs from the shower head and is not OFF. The only problem I have with this product after 2-3 years, the rubber seal on the end is worn out and begins to leak where it connects to the shower head. 2-3 years is pretty good for a $ 10 product. Mine had only been out (for the 2nd time in 5 years), so I'll buy another.
