[print this page] IMMACC, http://immaccbusiness.com Internet Marketing Mentoring and Coaching Center, has burst on the internet scene with a huge splash. Formerly known as Big Ticket to Wealth, IMMACC has recently made upgrades and changes to its compensation plan, making it more lucrative to affiliates. In a recent company announcement, CEO Gerald Van Yerxa revealed the new comp plan with great exuberance. "We have now combined an industry leading compensation plan with the world's premiere online marketing educational program!"
The IMMACC compensation plan features a 2-tiered override payout for its affiliates. In a typical affiliate program, the individual making the end sale receives a commission, but no override is paid to the affiliate that sold the product or service to the seller. With the IMMACC plan, the end seller and the person who initially signed on the end seller earn equal and matching overrides. Put simply, if "A" sells to "B" and "B" sells to "C", then both "A" and "B" earn an override commission on the sale to "C". Since the payment of commissions does not go beyond "A" and "B", the Direct Selling Association does not consider this compensation plan to be network marketing or MLM, but rather an affiliate program. As a result, the business can be promoted in any country, even those that have banned MLM.
Prior to September 1, 2010, the paid override was $900. This, however, has now been increased by Van Yerxa to $1000 in efforts to reward his team of affiliates. "My father once told me that if you have to change a compensation plan, you increase payouts and never take money away." With this new structure, he has heeded his father's advice.
The final piece to the IMMACC compensation plan is a residual component. IMMACC members pay a $99.97 monthly fee in exchange for over 500 hours of archived video trainings, 20-30 hours of monthly live training, and company provided keyword research aimed at discovering low-competition keyword phrases. Each affiliate receives a $50 monthly bonus for each membership that they sell (as long as the $99.97 is paid). This provides a residual component to the compensation plan that most affiliate programs lack.
With the increased payout structure, matching overrides, and residual bonuses, IMMACC has brought together the ability for even a business novice to obtain both education and income simultaneously.
