In BPO we will see lots of different kind of process to handle customer, its technical or non technical.

Some organizations follow chat process (like Symantec or Sunderland) for their interaction with end user or clients. But most businesses engage in email marketing because it really works. There are several reasons why these businesses do market their business through email. You can inform your potential customers of up and coming products that they might be interested in or services that they want to take advantage of.
