As an old saying goes, details determined success. The recent business really makes me understand this sentence totally. Thanks to one dollar, we sales about 400 golf trolley.

The story happens in this way. A foreign customer comes to visit my company, Marshell Green Power. To tell the truth, we really have no confident of catch this customer. All in all, as they come, what leaves us to do is to try our best to win them. As an assistant, I sit aside listening to the performance of our golf trolley. To be polite, I asked the client if they need cigarette or not. As the answer is yes, I help them light the cigarette now and then.

After about one hour or so, they big potential customer said that they need to go and visit another factory. Well, it is quite understandable for this is really a big purchase.

I accompany our sales manager to see them off, when out of the door, my manager said to the customer that as you are just off the airport, it will be more convenient if you have this lighter. And then hr handed the customer a lighter. Maybe the caddy business can not achieve, but we are already friends, my boss said.

At this time, our client laughed and gone. After half an hour, to our surprise, they come again. The customer said to my boss that actually they had already evaluated two golf trolley manufactures, and both the price and quality is in a same level. But the defect is that they are not as customer centered as my company. And if a business could care his customer in this deep, he will definitely provide the satisfying products and service.

And with no wonder, we win this order. 400 golf trolley in one contract.

You may think that my boss just owns a good luck, and it is all about a dollar cost lighter. But I know it is not just that, I know that behind the one dollar lighter, there is also a sincere heart for customer. I believe as owns such wonderful boss, our utility vehicle products must definitely make itself out of the premium golf trolley.

Trifles really count. In this fierce situation, as a golf trolley manufacture, actually, as a member belongs to second industry, one thing we could never ignore is details. And one thing we should always bear in mind is try our best to comfort the customers.
