subject: Vertical Jump Bible Review - Jump Higher Now [print this page] This program was developed byKelly Baggett who a teenage athlete had a lot of determination but with very little in the way of athletic gifts he, like a lot of you, was determined to increase my vertical jump. Vertical Jump Bible has helped thousand of athletes just like you improve their vertical on average by 10 inches, but of course with a lot of hard work!
What can YOU Realistically Expect?
So if you're not gonna double your vertical jump in 6 weeks what can you realistically expect? Well I'll tell you the truth. There are no shortcuts and it takes smart and consistent training. It's impossible to promise anyone an increase of "X" number of inches in "X" amount of time because everyone is different. If you're a beginner with good genetics you might be able to gain 6 inches in a month and 12 inches your first year of training. If you're advanced and do everything perfect you might gain a consistent 4-6 inches per year. My job is to show you how to make consistent gains for as long as you desire, even into your 30s, regardless of who you are. This is possible providing you train consistently, train correctly, and stay injury free
I've tested thousands of training techniques and strategies over the years so I know what works and what doesn't. Not only do you get rock-solid scientifically sound information but you can also rest assured that this information has been battle tested in the real world. No more taking advice from those who have never achieved their own success. If you want to become a millionaire do you ask the guy who inherited millions of dollars for advice? Or do you ask the guy who started with nothing and created his own wealth? The answer to that question should be obvious.
The fact is, there are 10 different qualities that should be addressed at one time or another. If one quality is lacking or if the exercises you're doing don't address you as an individual, your results will be unspectacular. These qualities include:
Control and stability (how well can you control and coordinate your body?)
General Strength (how solid is your foundation? - you can't fire a cannon out of a canoe)
Range of Motion (can you get into the right positions to generate force?)
Maximum Strength (how much horsepower you have and is it enough?)
Maximum Power (how well do you use your maximum horsepower?)
Starting Strength (how quickly can you apply force?)
Force Absorption Training (a flat basketball doesn't bounce because it can't redirect force)
Reactive training (your body is already wired to act like a loaded spring but can you take full advantage of it?)
Short response reactive training (skip over ground and take off like a rock skipping on water)
Speed of movement (how fast can you move?)
The advantage to this program is what you get for the money you put into it, it is definitely one of the most affordable programs that I have ever heard of!
