When you buy wrapping paper, or any Christmas gift wrapping accessories in bulk, you are making an investment in future holiday wrapping as well as ensuring you have what you need for this year. The unused paper actually stores very easily, either in the corner of a closet or with the Christmas decorations so having and dealing with a lot of paper on hand isn't a difficult prospect at all.
