The Auto Country Club makes their official debut March 17th 2012 in Huntersville, NC. One may ask themselves just what is an "Auto Country Club"
Let me take this time to explain The Auto Country Club will be a community of individual garage condominiums that can be customized to the owners specifications. At The Auto CC we feel it will become more like a comradery where individuals can gather with other like minded people and show off their most prized possessions.
Our facility will consist of 10 twenty thousand square foot buildings on a wooded 27 acre site. Each building will contain up to 18 individual garage condos. Each condo can be outfitted with a loft that can be converted into a luxurious man cave. We will also feature a 3000 square foot clubhouse where we will host events and condo owners can gather and enjoy sharing.
We invite the Charlotte and Lake Norman community to our Grand Opening of our sales center. There will be fun, food, prizes, and music. All proceeds will be donated to Doug Herbert's foundation B.R.A.K.E.S. "With such success it won't be long till we break ground and begin construction" says owner Ed Bongart. We know that once construction begins the units will sale like hotcakes. We now have people visiting regularly to get more information and a lot of folks anxious to see project under way. We anticipate ground breaking early August and first buildings to be complete buy November. If the project continues to be a great success plans for similar projects are under consideration for the Raleigh area, Atlanta, and Sarasota Florida as well. As the excitement continues to grow we at The Auto Country can hardly wait to begin outfitting these garages and "man Caves" with all the idea of a mantuary not far from our minds. We already have relationships with Moduline and Swiss Trax but we exploring other options that will allow men to make this a place of their own.
