Millions of dollars are poured into the Detroit auto show, and the average ride around 1 million attendees per show. This makes it one of the largest, most interesting, and importantly most important, auto shows in the world.
New York Auto Show
The New York auto show was also home to some of the biggest debuts in memory. They typically average right around 1 million visitors as well to see crossover cars for example, and are home to some of the flashier debuts that we have seen. The New York auto show also has a focus on futuristic concept for luxury cars. This is made very popular with media sources, as some of the flashier cars have been debuted here. And as hope the show to grow at an astronomical rate. It will be interesting to see if the show continues to grow at this rate, and is easily one of the most important auto shows in the world at this particular time. Although New York is not the capital of America, at times it might as well be because it is the center and hub of many huge events.
International Motor Show
The International Motor Show does the world's largest motor show. It it is the home to a lot of international car manufacturing company debuts a new vehicles like Infiniti crossover. It has essentially become the world's most important auto show internationally, and each year continues to up the ante in terms of debuts and crowd size. as of late, they have been able to attract nearly 700,000 visitors to the show and that number continues to grow. There are over 250 exhibitors and it is typically held over the course of nearly 2 weeks and 800,000 square foot building. It is held in March of each year, and is scheduled to be held in March moving forward as well.
With every company attempting to make their debuts at the shows, and out do other companies, it has created a healthy competition that makes these auto shows continue to step up their game.
