Adjustment Bureau casting coup. It has all the right names for all the right places. There are two other actors in leading roles I'm afraid to think what it would have been, but Matt Damon and Emily Blunt opposite result is a romantic thriller, all the liveliness of Hitchcock would be proud.
It conjures up memories of such teamings such as Cary Grant and Eva Marie Saint James Stewart and Kim Novak. Mixing politics, religion and science fiction comes a film that would be broadly classified as romance, writer-director George Nolfi (co-author, The Bourne Ultimatum) has turned to Philip K. Dick short story of the love of colliding with a surprisingly entertaining film well worth watching.
Damon stars in David Norris, a promising New York City politician charisma that instantly leads you to believe his political career is going to the White House. However, fate has dealt a critical blow to his press has published pictures of the scandal by sending an invitation to his current place of the U.S. Senate in the sink.
Only minutes before her concession speech with an unexpected bathroom says David, an electronic meeting place in the middle of Elise (Blunt), a beautiful contemporary dancer, that just so happens to be hiding upstairs to safety after crashing a wedding. Yeah, Elise is just the kind of person, David would probably stay away, if a career in politics is what he wants, but a mutual attraction there is too much to ignore.
Chemistry is immediate, and not only for Elise, and David, but between Damon and Blunt. By the time this scene is over my expectations for the film was increased by ten times based solely on the back-and-forth banter of two players. Their ability to play off each other, is incomprehensible, as the likely nature of the scene has lost its ability to believe everything they say. And just as soon stick to the idea to grow together, they immediately torn apart.
The story quickly jumps to three years in the future. David and Elise have not seen each other in that first meeting and has not tried to David's part. It's almost like something to keep them separate. Anna, men's hats, license control office. Silliness may be ramped up at this stage, because there seemed to be just a typical romantic dramedy turns sci-fi thriller, and a ridiculous one at that. But the ironic nature of all only exacerbate the entertainment.
Control will never take office itself too seriously, even though the characters do not. It is believed attraction between Damon and Blunt to keep the dramatic tension is maintained in operation a number of other madness and misdirection may occur.

Thomas Newman's score is lively and mysterious, and two Academy Award-winner John Toll's (The Thin Red Line) The movie keeps pace with the rapid pace of the story.
I was a big fan of Matt Damon and Emily Blunt, before I've never seen this movie, but this is part of the best work I've seen so far on this, because I could not imagine that anyone over their roles. I know that this is a statement usually went to films, actors are likely to earn an Oscar bid, but when the talent screen movie gives a lot of life more than these two here it is only right to say so.
A year-long delay does not worry me going, but the debut George Nolfi will not disappoint me because he knew exactly pieces he needed to tell a funny and entertaining story, which works in close before the summer release.
