They are an online business offering an automated system where we all (members that is) scratch each others' backs. It is a tier system, you begin at the top and as you get pushed down you get more visitors/views. By the time the free traffic has pushed you to the bottom and you need to get back up to the top, you will have had some 1000 000+ individual people view your text ad and who knows how many will have bought your product? It just seems inconceivable that not one will buy, even a 1% click-through rate gives you 10 000 visitors to your own site and 1% of that is 100 buyers
If your site has a half-decent conversion rate you will be making money, no problem! Hereafter you only need to keep advertising you website (which you get from these guys for free) over and over to keep this massive ball rolling. You do need to advertise your site yourself, after you begin (and here it depends on you as to how aggressively you do this) it should only be days before you get activity, in a couple of weeks things should be literally flying!
One of the nice things about this system is the exponential' growth, the more people you bring in, the faster it grows, and once the ball is rolling there is no stopping. Obviously this is legal, there is NO CASH involved on this system. The only time cash is involved is when a person clicks all the way through and buys your product, and that is essentially unrelated to FWEB
