Highlight all the fonts that you want to uninstall, right click on it and select copy. Go to the new folder you created and paste all the copied fonts. Go back to the font's folder and uninstall all the fonts that you wish to remove so as to speed up your computer.
3)Removing Visual Effects
Windows XP makes icons and other elements on the desktop look fancier with Visual effects. This slows down your computer. To remove any unwanted visual effects, right click on My Computer, choose Properties, go to the Advanced Tab and press the Settings button. A new window will pop up that shows a check list of all visual effects on the system. Uncheck any visual effect you do not want or better yet, uncheck all of it.This is one of the best way to speed up computer.
