Carry Telephone Numbers:

Make sure your visits to the doctors are done, or reschedule them, before you leave. Usually your doctor will not object to your travelling, but you should have a list of telephone contacts with you so that if there is any health problem, you can immediately get in touch with familiar doctors. Such a list should have your entire medical log, like medications and allergies that you may have; it should have telephone numbers of family members, doctor, doctor whom you can contact while travelling, etc.

Carry Medications :

Carry with you sufficient vitamins, medications etc. so that you can take familiar medicines when travelling. You should have insurance to take care of any travel eventualities, your pregnancy and childbirth.
