A Course in Mind Power Review - The Simplest Guide to Use Your Mind Power

Use the powers of the mind to channel anger into a positive force. Use willpower and inner strength to manage your body, mind, and emotions. It can be difficult however with a strong sense of who you are or whom you want to be, it can be done...

Here's the instructions :

1. Use anger like a postive force. Don't quit. Behave like you aren't quiet strength and you'll achieve those qualities over time. Picture yourself along with a mountain, strong & glowing with victory. I like to visualize the Grinch....the strength of 10 Grinches plus 2!! LOL

2. You realize who you are or who you want to be. That positive self image should set the standards, not outside influences. Nix pressure from peers. "No one can cause you to do anything whatsoever, or ruin your entire day, or cause you to feel bad if you don't let them." ~ Eleanor Roosevelt

3. Willpower over emotions. Just because your feelings want to emerge does not mean you have to give into them. Channel your anger towards a bully into your own inner strength which means you won't cry or give him the satisfaction he'd get from seeing your tears. It's the same goes with showing confidence in the workplace. Use this step to combat worry. That old saying..."Never let 'em

see you sweat" still holds true.

4. Willpower over your body. Want to over-eat but they're already overweight? Wish to lift that last 2 reps in your work-out? Want to prevent yourself from sickness inside a public place whenever you feel sick? Get mad. Allow that to angry fire burn a hot spark inside a few moments until your body strengthens. Channel your mind to think about another thing and re-direct your thoughts from between meal hunger pains, those tired weight-lifting arms or twirling upset tummy.

5. Concentrate. Concentrate on the proven fact that you've eaten a healthy portion and leave the table. Don't look back. Concentrate only on lifting that weight to complete your reps, nothing else. Visualize your self doing the work & push! Focus on how peaceful and relaxed you are in every muscle of your body. Relax your abs, arms and jaw. Walk slowly to a bathroom for privacy, taking shallow breaths. Once the urge to vomit subsides, breath deeply through onto your nose & relax a few minutes prior to going on with your day.

6. Royalty, the well-bred elite, and high achievers in the World aren't the only individuals with inner srength along with a strong self image. We ordinary humans can possess those activities too. When you make them a part of your lifetime, no-one can take them from you.

Firefighters can go into a burning building in order to save others because they are concentrating on saving people, not on fear of fire. Imagine the bravery of Anne Boleyn as she walked up to face the ax-man. Did she weep or beg for mercy? No! She apologized to him on her skinny neck. Ha! I always admired her for that. Show courage under fire when called in the principle's office, the boss's office, or sometimes you're scared of the unknown. Use mind power, People!!
