Antigua holidays are a particularly popular choice for all inclusive holidays, the luscious Caribbean sands drawing travellers from across the globe eager to discover its charm.

The island promotes itself as having a beach for every day of the year, and hotels range from 3 star all inclusive family hotels like Jolly Beach Resort & Spa to exclusive 5 star hideaways like Carlisle Bay. The latter being popular amongst the jet set!

All inclusive packages are a fine way to ensure your money goes a long way. Once paid up you won't need to worry too much about finances whilst on holiday, and there's therefore less chance of you entering the pool with shorts full of pound notes (we've all done that before).

In the Caribbean, cuisine is diverse and flavours even more so, which ought to mean you won't tire of what's on offer. The Caribbean Sea is home to some amazing aquatic catch which will grace your plate should be a fan of seafood. And with a host of Caribbean spices and seasoning at the ready, your tastebuds will certainly be in for a treat.

What's more, many hotels are offering more dynamic ways and means to enjoy your food. You might not want every meal to be a conventional affair, after all.

One of these hotels is Curtain Bluff, who, new from this month are offering their guests Barefoot at the beach' dining each Monday, for couples and families looking for an alternative dining experience at this luxury fully inclusive resort.

Beach dinners are served local BBQ style at tables in the sand just outside the beach bar restaurant, with a casual menu featuring fresh fish such as mahi-mahi, lobster and jumbo shrimp, all cooked to perfection accompanied by tropical salsas, salads, grilled plantain and veggies, coconut rice and more plus some delicious desserts such as roasted pineapple and banana

It is suggested that guests make reservations with Curtain Bluff's concierge to secure a table as space will be limited to 30 guests each week.

So, if its diversity and a good time vibe you're seeking, the Caribbean represents a great choice!
