Features of the club include; floodlit tennis courts, indoor heated lap pool and a 32 seat private cinema. Other positives to the village are that it actively seeks to reduce its impact on the environment with eco-friendly initiatives and is also a very secure 100% gated community. A final note for Seachange is that they have recently been awarded Best in Queensland' for Residential Lifestyle Housing'.

Cobaki Broadwater Village deserves a mention as a great option for those who would prefer to live in a more quiet residential style area. The accommodation provided is purely 2 3 bedroom homes, which is not only a great place for retirement but also an excellent investment.
