The activities start at 9:15 a.m. and finish at 6 p.m. If you are staying at one of the Cornwall holiday cottage, you will have to set out right after breakfast to reach the centre before 9 a.m. The drive should take you about one hour to reach this centre in St. Austell. The centre will give you a wetsuit; however, you will need to have your own swimming costume, towel, clothes and trainers. The activities at the centre include Coasteering, rock jumping, kayaking and snorkelling. You will also be able to walk around the caves and dive underwater to explore the marine life. This is one of latest attractions at the centre. Coasteering involves making your way over boulders, jumping across the rock pools, leaping off cliffs and crossing ledges.
