Horrified that Halloween is this Sunday and you do not have a costume as of yet? Try not to panic! Putting together a last minute Halloween costume is no trouble at all. Easy to make Halloween costumes come in many verities. Here are a few simple adult theme costumes can be completed with scissors, sharpie, string, and cardboard (maybe some duct tape).
1. Nudist in Protest
This is a very simple design. Using your scissors cut a piece of cardboard that will fit nicely on your chest. Poke two holes, on one side, about four inches apart, and string the holes (you will be hanging the piece of cardboard around your neck). Write with a sharpie "NUDIST IN PROTEST." Now, you can wear any clothing you want under the sign. Now, go out and celebrate with you new, awesome, witty, and easy to make last minute Halloween costume!
2. Cardboard Box
Get as many random cardboard boxes as you can and start strategically planning to place them all over your body based on their sizes. Perhaps you have a large box that a TV came in, this box could be fitted over your torso; smaller boxes can be fitted around your arms and legs. Use the string and duct tape when necessary.
3. ??? (my favorite costume for adults)
This design lets you, and others, use their imagination (it is especially useful if this is a last minute Halloween costume). Randomly tape and attach with string all the pieces of cardboard you have onto your body. You may also start taping the string and stringing duct tape to your body. Stop when you feel like your costume is complete (be sure to notice how easy it was to make this last minute Halloween costume). Now, go out to your Halloween party. Eventually other adults around you will start to ask what you are dressed as to which you reply "Guess?" Whatever their answer, respond with a surprised look on your face and "HOW DID YOU KNOW?!" Be sure to follow this by lavishly complimenting their intelligence.
I must know, will you be using any of my suggested designs?
