I'm wondering if you have given a lot of thought to working areal business from home.
When I first started network marketing thirty years ago I was enamored by freedom of hours, the ability to be able to socialize with cool successful people, and the hope of making a fabulous living doing something fun. I learned that I was going to have to work real hard and learn a whole lot. I wavered. Struggled. Gave up. Tried again. In reality I was terrified of rejection. I decided to give up on the pie in the sky dreams and tell people, "I was just going to do it for the discount." Which I did. It took becoming a mom and then a single mom before I was mature enough to see just how much I, me personally,would have to change. It isn't just having nine children that grew me. It was the acting out of loving and parenting someone who is looking to me to be an example. They do what I do.
What happened to me happens to most. Fact is I thought there must be something wrong with me. I have been told that a majority of networkers blame others. Fine. If you believe there are problems and desire to make a change you will need to figure what the problems are and face them. Books like The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey will start you on a journey to true freedom.
Okay, hang in here with me. This does have something to do with legitimate work from home based businesses for parents. Honest. Finding a legitimate business isn't hard. Succeeding is. Read that again. So here are some basics to finding a legitimate business.
Do worry about the compensation plan more than the product. The owners of a shoe chain do not wear all the shoes before they are willing to sell them.
Do look into the soundness of the company. It may be alright to launch a company if you feel comfortable with the people launching it. Research it. (As a childbirth educator I always taught women to learn about what they fear.)
Do plan to stay for the long term. It is rarely the company's fault that we fail.
Do become familiar with their training, coaching and technical support.
Do look into any monthly fees or expectations of sales.
Do make the decision before you sign up whether you are looking to have a real legitimate business (from home) or want a part time job so you earn a few hundred or thousands. This should effect how proceed forward by writing up a business plan, for instance.
To be successful requiresperseverance,diligence, a willingness to learn and to improve yourself. You will absolutely have to have a Why'. If you do not have a big enough passionate why to see you through you will give up. It is when you give up that you have failed. Have a vision. A plan on paper that you read daily. You must also have reasonable expectations. You may desire to become a six figure earner, but if you are broke and do not believe you can, you are going to need to grow personally first. Consistent baby steps. Reward yourself for your small successes. Associate with people who are where you want to go.
Now you can have a legitimate work from home based business and theability to see all your dreams come true.
