Treat Your Staff Well

Sometimes it can be said that the best H.RSometimes it can be said that the best H.R. Human Resources staff are not the highly trained and most certified staff but a simple down to earth grandfather type management or supervisory member of the company or organization.

You may well have run into such an individual in your career and travels. No real formal training, other than real world experience. The staff may call them "boss" , even if they are not in essence , yet greatly defer to these authorities , ( at least in their minds" , for their Solomon type wisdom in dealing with and sorting our human resource issues and events as well as staff conflicts which invariably appear in almost every business and every organization without fail , and which greatly server to impair and effect productivity and effectiveness as well as on the job efficiency with the greatest of effects , and downright regularity. You can count on that.

Every organization - be they a business , a service industry or even a not for profit group should be so organized and ordered to take good care and advantage of such situations , events and persons in such accord and order.

If there is one thing that can be said when running any business or organization is that no matter how small, or large the firm is that if you have got employees and staff, then you are guaranteed to have human resources work to day, along with challenges and what might well be considered conflicts.

It's the human condition. It is guaranteed. As one wise local politician noted when it came time for his term at the roster, Mr. As a public servant or any member of society serving in a service based function. The situation in the present , as are almost all situations that we encounter - whether it is on a daily , weekly or yearly basis all boil down to the same series of events . What are the issues? Whom do you serve and how? What are the steps in order to implement and follow this? At every second there always seems to be a panic , a brush fire waiting to be put out. Some call it "management by experience" , a necessary training exercise. Others call it wisely , "Crisis Style Management". The ancient mariner's manuals states the best way to sail in a colossal gale or hurricane level storm is never to be caught in the weather disturbance in the first place. Yet in the same they are functionally all the same and should be dealt with forthwith.

Dealing with staff and human relations H.R. life's little adventures and incidents all along the pathways and roadways of our existence. Hopefully we learn from it all. Nothing is more frustrating than working in an environment that is management by crisis. The lesson of life is that by have things , places and things planned ahead of time its a lot easier and less stressful to function. On top of that more gets done over all with less hassle. The amazing part is these expert supervisory staff really think that by putting out fires that they are playing a most major , vital role in their respective organizations. What a bunch of morons . A major role of fire departments is not only as a fire extinguisher but also as as fire and trauma prevention. William Faulkner said it best "Full of sound and fury. Signifying nothing at all. Have empathy for your staff members on the line and in your employ.
