A hereditary component is noticed in some people. A variety of triggers are known to influence Rosacea. Emotional factors like stress, fear, anxiety, embarrassment to name just a few. A flare up can be influenced the weather change such strong winds or a humidity change. If there is sun exposure or sun damage to the skin it is generally known to aggravate Rosacea. Also doing excerise, consuming alcohol, along with emotional upsets and eating spicy foods are known to influence episodes of Rosacea.
