It is often said that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The same can be said about diet pills, plans, programs and drinks. Most promise a ton of weight loss, only to leave you disappointed, hungry, and usually more weight that you started with.
The acai berry scam is different in that it can really help you lose weight. Acai berries are filled with all kinds of natural proteins, vitamins and more that are proven to help you not only lose pounds, but also feel better and look better.
Be careful you don't end up with an acai berry scam though. Most companies out there will only put a small portion of acai berries in the pills. In fact they do that so they can price the product very low. So be very careful which product you take. Here in a article with more details on that... http://www.healthy-livingblog.com/acai-berry-diet
They proceed to say that the acai berry scam is not a scam after all. Here is one quote from the site...
"Acai Berry helps you inside and out at least that's what we've heard from real people that use it! We've received lots of mail from people who have noticed that they've lost up to 12 pounds in as little as two weeks after starting to take Acai Berry."
So what may seem too good to be true, may be true indeed.
Remember of course to always check with your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program. There may be reasons your doctor may know of that may cause them to want to monitor you during your diet.
