Scion TC is a sport utility vehicle, which is face-lifted for 2010. The previous years Blue Ribbon Metallic is replaced with Nautical Blue Metallic exterior color. This post covers few more details of 2010 Scion TC review.

Overview

The 2010 version of Scion TC is available in only one trim level and offered with either an automatic or manual transmission. The Scion brand is targeted at younger consumers; it provides basic ordering with plenty of standard features and excellent accessory availability.

Engine Specs

2010 Scion TC is designed with a sporty 2.4L 4-cylinder engine, which is developed by using Variable Valve Timing with intelligence technology. This assists the engine to produce 162 foot-pounds of torque and 161 horsepower. This engine is teamed to either a traditional five-speed manual or an elective four-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle is designed by using a 4-wheel independent suspension with double wishbone to offer responsive handling.

Features List

Scion TC for 2010 is featured with 17-inch alloy wheels, air-conditioning, a dual-pane sunroof, reclining & split-folding rear seats, cruise control, keyless entry, a Pioneer CD stereo with an auxiliary input jack, iPod integration, and full power accessories with one-touch up/down windows.

Coming to safety equipments, it comprises of front seat-mounted side airbags, side-curtain airbags for rear as well as front passengers, and a driver's knee airbag. Moreover, the vehicle has standard 4-wheel antilock disc brakes with electronic brake-force distribution. The most considerable features are Toyota Racing Development (TRD) package that consists of suspension kits, quick-shift kit, a high-performance clutch, and sportier-sounding exhaust system.
