Health or Medical
If you work in the health care industry. You see antibacterial hand sanitizers at your job. All of the sick people that workers come into contact on a daily basis makes this the most dangerous industry to work in. Not only do they deal with the sick but also the by-products that stem from sick people such as body fluids, and waste.
Education
Imagine all the little kids that come in contact with teachers, teacher aides, daycare centers and afterschool facilitators. We know how hard it is to get them to take a bath. You know that they don't want to wash their hands. Who knows where all those tiny fingers have been. And children generally are germ incubators as their immune systems haven't fully developed.
Food Service
I don't know about you, but I want anyone that is preparing food that I purchase to be germ free. Too many times restaurants are shut down from having unclean facilites, or unsafe hygene habits. You always see the sign in the bathroom that all workers must wash their hands before returning to work. Why do they need to be reminded? Just the thought of someone fixing their food without having clean hands wouldn't think twice.
Sales
To make a lot of sales you have to come in contact with a lot of people. This has a greater possibility of catching something from someone that is sick. This is especially the case for anyone in outside sales. All of the handshaking that occurs makes one not pick fun of Donald Trump for this very reason. Yes you have to earn a living whether it is in real estate, insurance sales, etc., but make sure you keep some hand sanitizer with you. Hey you could even pass some out as a marketing tool.
Retail
This is similar to the sales industries except you don't deal with individual people on a one-on one basis. You tend to deal with large crowds of people. Just the sheer volume that people working in the retail industry come into contact with is staggering. The odds of getting sick increase with the number of people one comes in contact with. All it takes is one person sneezing and it is all over.
Anyone that works in any of the above industries comes into contact with plenty of people in the course of their day. No matter what field you work in, just make sure that you take all the precautions that you can. Washing your hands is great, but using an antibacterial hand sanitizer will cut down the risk of getting sick.
