Building a work from home online business is exciting! You should be vibrating with excitement. But you find that's not the case. I think I know why.
Maybe this is happening:
1. You get all excited about your newest project or some special marketing tool. You believe this is just the thing to get your business off the ground. You're so enthusiastic and can't wait to start.
2. You do your due diligence, create a kick-ass website with great content, killer pictures and all the bells and whistles.
3. Then all the "fun" work is over and it's time to start "working" on promoting your site.
4. You experiment with all the most popular programs and courses that promise to put your business on autopilot, but you soon realize that you have to actually "work" at growing your business.
5. After a couple of weeks, you're no longer excited about your new business. The reality that the "easy button" does not exist has set in.
6. Then something new and shiny comes along and the cycle starts all over.
7. You start hopping around from program to program like a grasshopper jacked up on Mountain Dew and never finish anything you start.
8. You have lost all ability to say no to any program or tool that claims to be the quickest way to "make it" online. You fall into a deep depression because you know you'll never recoup all the money you've spent online trying to get rich.
If you can relate to that, don't feel bad. You're certainly not alone. I used to be the same way - and a lot of other people still are. It's so tempting to stop "working" in lieu of something easy and "passive".
There is no "silver bullet" and the people who come up with these programs and ideas worked their butts off to get where they are. They didn't get to the top overnight and you won't either, barring some miracle from God.
The only thing standing in the way of your success is you. Don't stop trying - regain your focus and determination and keep going. Work hard and don't let anything distract you. Being able to run an internet business from your home is so worth it. Would you rather sit in traffic to go work in an office for someone you don't like? I doubt it.
If you persevere, you can do anything you set your mind to. Believe me, it'll be worth the price.
