Call Centers -first Alternatives For Newly Graduates-slash- Young Professionals?

Call center companies served as a magnet to people. It is like pulling them to get closer and inviting them to come in. A well-grown flower inviting bees to check and see the beauty it has. Usually, fresh graduates hit them.

Fresh graduates see it with luminous light in the dark, a place that stands out on others. They find it their first choice to be applied because of the big salary they are offering, additional perks, and irresistible benefits they could possibly have.

Sometimes, it is very difficult to understand why mainly of supposedly doctors, nurses, and teachers chose to work in some call centers just assisting and serving customers despite of their expertise? What brought them to be on that way? Are they out of their mind or is it just their passion to be involved in that kind of establishment?

As days of wondering passed by, I learned that some of them applied and worked in call centers because it is the best alternative option they could possibly have. Several took it as temporary work because theyre not sure yet on what they really want, while some just decided to stay on the business until more good opportunity comes their way.

Few of them were still on the business for years, earned and doubled their salaries based on their performance and length of stay. They are now quite sure and decided what they surely want. Happy and contented to stayed as long as they could possibly stay.

While others just didnt manage to keep on, theyd leaved the company and took their opportunity outside the call centers vicinity because it is not easy for them to adopt and handle the pressures of work it brought.

But with or without them, call-centers could still stand, waiting for coming applicants, still willing to give the job to people who needs it, it doesnt matter who they are as long as they are worth hiring for.
