Yes it's very hard work touring the country to meet with and to add providers but this is the only way we feel we are living up to the responsibility that we have assumed. Building a great web site and having a Canadian SEO firm get the site a high ranking while never touching the ground here is the worst form of Internet cynicism.
Medical Tourism is poised to become a major industry and as it grows more standards and barriers to entry need to be raised. This is an organization with vision and credibility if not long reach and influence. Time I am sure will see this change.
