Breast cancer i.e. cancer of the breast.
Liver cancer i.e. cancer of the liver etc.
Cancer is a deadly and a very serious disease which takes a great mental, physical and emotional toll on its sufferers. However cancer is no more a death sentence as it used to be perceived as different steps could be taken nowadays to ensure the physical and the emotional wellbeing of a cancer victim. Dietary steps could be taken both as a preventive and curative measure towards the disease called cancer. Steps such as
(A) Abstinence from alcohol and smoke consumption
(B) Indulging in regular exercise
(C) Intake of food rich in antioxidants e.g. fresh fruits and vegetables
(D) Less consumption of foods that are rich in unwanted fats
(E) Constant intake of food rich in curcumins e.g. turmeric and this especially has been proven to be very useful in the cure of cancer.
