There were a few advantages of this type of facility with parking and space being at the foreground, ambiance, mood, and atmosphere is something that is seriously lacking though. Something about steel beams, concrete flooring and massive space doesn't really capture the intimate feel of a reception.
I guess if you were a really artsy person you could make it funky and cool and it could be pretty unique, but for me, I wanted simple elegance.
When I was looking for specific businesses for the wedding, besides venue, I was surprised at some of the little companies that use warehouse office space for cheap rent. Unfortunately their names isn't on the warehouse so finding these ma and pa businesses was rather difficult.
Warehouse storing along with freight storage are the main staples of warehouse rental space. Some warehouses are along train routes and offer long and short term freight rental space. Warehouses can be divided and subdivided to meet many needs. Those warehouses along train routes offer the most convenient locations for distribution to various parts of the country.
Warehouses for grocery stores offer economical store fronts for business with less shelving and employee time. The public feels when they are shopping out of boxes or enormously stacked goods that they are getting a better price, often this is the case in comparison to a regular grocery store with their wide variety of displays and man power. The warehouse stores are often bag your own, carry your own and save.
Regardless of your warehouse needs, from freight storage to inexpensive office space to grocery shopping or maybe even a wedding reception, warehouses offer a wide variety of services and products to store and to sell.
