I know many people who failed in business because they were too reserved and unwilling to mix and mingle with other successful people. Even if they are your direct competitors, you have to learn how to celebrate their success and be friends with them. When you are surrounded by positive and successful people, it will give you the drive and motivation to succeed as well. Not to mention the abundance of opportunities that you will be able to get access to.
Learn From Someone Who Has More Experience
It is important for you to seek a help/advice from people who have more experience and are more successful than you are. If you have to, look for mentors who are willing to take you under their wing, this will enable you to achieve your goal faster than you could ever imagine. Please do not think you are smarter than everyone else because that is the surefire way to fail in any business endeavors. Winners are the ones who are constantly learning from others.
