You should not have the surgery until your breasts have stopped developing. For saline implants, you must be 18 years of age while you must be 22 before you can get silicone implants.
Will any health insurance pay for breast augmentation surgery?
It is highly unlikely that any insurance will cover cosmetic surgery. However, if the breast augmentation surgery is performed for reconstructive purposes as in the case of breast cancer, then your insurance may cover all or part of the procedure.
