The Campaign For green Automobiles

In this age, when we are often demanded to be at two places at the same time, we cannot deny the convenience provided to us by our cars. It may have cost us a monthly amortization to get one of those, but the sad truth is that Mother Nature is the one thats really paying for its hefty price, with an interest so high that it reaches our ozone layer.

Yet, this age is also where the world chooses to be aware. World leaders and different companies are responding to reduce the pollution caused by vehicles. Thankfully, they have a vision on what must be done.

Chinas automobile industry continues to thrive as it is now the biggest in the world but its developers are already choosing to go green with the cars they manufacture. In a report by the Associated Press (AP) on rjg.com, Chinese developers are focusing on cars that will function on cleaner sources of power such as solar and even wind. This a great way for China to let its atmosphere heal due to the pollution brought by the countrys rapid industrialization.

The Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry of Japan on the other hand devices a way to increase the sales of eco-friendly cars in the country by 50%, in a report by Japanese paper Yomiuri Shimbun. The government will be providing assistance to households who choose to purchase green automobiles through tax exemptions and subsidies. Moreover, the government will also install chargers in households who have electrically-operated cars.

Air pollution is not the environmental problem that can be alleviated by the automobile industry. This is proven by Ford, which has been developing vehicles made from recycled materials. This project is so effective that it was able to reduce tons of plastic from the landfills in North America in 2009, according to a press release from the company. Ford is just one of the major automobile makers that are planning to release cars that will rely on electricity alone by 2011, as reported by the Houston Chronicle.

It doesnt stop there

Pollution from vehicles is just a small part of the bigger environmental issue that the world is dealing with. The noble cause of saving the environment continues to hunger for support and action. IRTH Communications is a company that is devoted in providing Investor Relations, Financial Communications and Strategic Consulting to investors who wish to earn profit from going the green way.
