If you can not meet these requirements, then there is another way to buy light crude oil from Nigeria. The way is to buy your light crude oil from persons who have already gotten allocation from NNPC. You can sign an agreement with this type of dealer to be supplying you crude oil on a monthly basis. The last option is to buy crude oil from a loaded vessel containing light crude oil either through TTO or TTT from a seller whose buyer disappointed.
